Solo Exhibition 樹海 -JUKAI

　Thank you for visiting the Mari Nerome Solo Exhibition of Textile Art『樹海-JUKAI』. I was very nervous as this was my first solo exhibition, but thanks to generous support I have received from many people, I was able to hold it successfully. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone at Urasoe City Museum of Art who provided the venue, the teachers at the Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts who contribute our creative activities every day, and every sponsors who supported the activities. This exhibition is made possible by all of these people and visitors.　I believe that imagination is the great power of human beings. Art can heal people, take them to imaginary worlds, and sometimes send them to war as propaganda. The power of imagination is unlimited. May be we are tested by the heavens that how we use that power.

　浦添市美術館で行った作品展『樹海』に足を運んで下さった皆様、誠にありがとうございます。多くの皆様に作品を見ていただき、様々なご感想をお聞きすることが出来てとても良い経験となりました。会場を提供してくださった浦添市美術館の皆様、展示会を支援してくださった皆様、そして来てくれた全ての皆様に心より御礼申し上げます。この経験を活かし、これからも研究・制作を続けていきます。
